In everyday life, we spend so much time doing, thinking, caring and giving. Here, nothing is asked of you. This is your space to pause, reconnect with yourself and allow your body, mind and energy time to settle.
My approach to healing is gentle and personal. I do not believe in forcing change. I believe in creating the space for balance to return naturally, in its own time.

Reiki at Beauty Garden is offered in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition by Oxana, Reiki Master Teacher.
Sometimes healing begins when we stop doing and allow ourselves to receive.

From microcurrents to Reiki, sound & energyHow energy work found its way into the GardenMy interest in energy began somewhere I didn’t expect — in the treatment room.

Working with microcurrent made me curious about the electrical nature of the body and the principles of biophysics. I have always had a curious mind and a need to understand what lies beneath the surface, so one question naturally led to another: if we can work with energy on a physical level, what else is there to understand about the way energy, emotions and our inner state influence how we feel?

That curiosity gradually became a much deeper personal journey.

As I began doing my own inner work and living more authentically, I felt my energy, curiosity and desire to learn expand. I absorbed knowledge like a sponge — through books, study, personal practice and different teachers. That journey led me to Reiki, and eventually to becoming a Reiki Master Teacher.

From there, my curiosity expanded into vibration and sound — how we respond to frequency, rhythm and resonance, and how sound can influence our experience of relaxation and inner balance. Tibetan singing bowls and other sound practices naturally became part of my work and personal practice.

Over time, energy work stopped being something I simply studied. It became part of the way I live.

Today, Reiki, sound, meditation and energy awareness are part of my own lifestyle and spiritual practice. What I offer at Beauty Garden comes from that lived experience. I simply share what has helped me find greater balance within myself, creating a quiet space where others can pause, receive and reconnect with their own sense of balance.

The deeper I looked, the more I discovered — and the journey continues.

What is Reiki?
The energy we cannot see, but we can feel.
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice based on the idea of a universal life-force energy — the energy that flows through us and surrounds all living things.

Different traditions have given this life energy different names: Ki in Japan, Qi (Chi) in Chinese traditions and Prana in Indian philosophy. The language may be different, but the idea is similar — that there is more to our wellbeing than what we can physically see or touch.

We experience energy every day. We feel when we are vibrant and open, when we are drained, when a space feels peaceful, or when simply being near someone changes how we feel. Reiki invites us to become more aware of this subtle part of ourselves.

During a Reiki session, you simply rest while gentle hands-on or hands-above-body techniques are used within the Reiki tradition. There is nothing you need to do, understand or believe. The intention is simply to create space for stillness, relaxation and a greater sense of inner balance.

We cannot always see energy — but we can learn to feel, respect and nurture it.

Curious to go further?
From receiving
to learning
For some ladies, experiencing Reiki is simply a beautiful way to rest, receive and reconnect. For others, it awakens curiosity — a desire to understand energy more deeply, develop their own awareness or explore consciousness beyond the everyday.

There is no expectation to go further. But if curiosity appears, the next path in the Garden is there to explore.
